What you'll do
- You will be part of the CSG Digital Wholesale services team working as Business Consultant for our telecom service quality assurance and anti-fraud solutions.
- As a Business Consultant you will assume responsibility for customer implementation projects working closely with the customer to successfully implement our software solutions.
- Establish partnerships with our customers business and technical teams to understand client challenges and opportunities and define creative solutions to lead business transformation
- Define estimates and plans, coordinate other services team members tasks
- Coordinate with the product team
- Run customer implementation projects; requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and delivery, in close cooperation with the customer
- Develop dashboards and reports for the customer
- Make sure that customer issues are taken care of for full satisfaction. Perform analysis and troubleshooting when needed
- You will report to Senior Project Management

- Highly analytical with excellent communication skills
- 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably telecom software consultancy
- Experience working with international customers; large and mid-size companies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- Knowledge in SQL, BI tools, scripting languages
