Job Description

What your day will look like:

  • Grow sales for Genetec within the defined territory
  • Develop and expand relationships with new and existing end users within the defined territory
  • Manage all industry end user relationships within the defined territory
  • Interface and Report to Management on strategy and progress
  • Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners and insure they are captured and updated in the CRM
  • Assist Marketing with targeted initiatives within the defined territory
  • Track record of effective communication with business and technical leaders at all levels within large enterprises
  • Monitor and report satisfaction levels from End Users
  • Acquire, maintain and report adequate knowledge of product, market and competition
  • Keeps abreast of the products, applications, technical service, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical services

More about you:

  • 7+ years of professional experience including business management, offering/product strategy, marketing, sales, professional services, technology implementation, or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience required, Master's Degree/MBA preferred
  • Deep expertise in selling and implementing solutions across multiple industries
  • Experience of business to business technical solutions sales
  • Experience managing or leading technical teams
  • Ability to design security installation projects in a commercial environment.
  • Knowledge/experience using CRMs
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • English level: at least B2
  • Passport and driver’s license
  • Having an American VISA would be an advantage

  • Aumentar las ventas de Genetec dentro del territorio definido

  • Interfaz e informe a la gerencia sobre estrategia y progreso

Perfil del candidato:

  • Más de 7 años de experiencia profesional, incluida la gestión empresarial, estrategia de oferta/producto, marketing, ventas, servicios profesionales, implementación de tecnología o campo relacionado
  • Se requiere una licenciatura o experiencia equivalente, se prefiere una maestría/MBA
  • Amplia experiencia en la venta e implementación de soluciones en múltiples industrias
  • Experiencia en venta de soluciones técnicas business to business
  • Experiencia gestionando o liderando equipos técnicos
  • Capacidad para diseñar proyectos de instalaciones de seguridad en un entorno comercial
  • Conocimiento/experiencia en el uso de CRM
  • Excelentes habilidades de presentacion
  • Inglés B2 o Superior
  • Debe tener un pasaporte / licencia de conducir válida
  • Visa americana un plus
