Job summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, focusing on fostering a collaborative relationship with the Sales Department. As the HR BP for Sales, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This position involves cultivating a positive work culture, implementing HR policies, and providing expert guidance to support the achievement of the Sales team's goals.

What your day will look like:

  • Partner closely with Sales leaders to comprehend business objectives and project and program initiatives that align with the corporate core values, philosophy, and strategy, and provide strategic HR support.
  • Manage employee relations matters, address conflicts, and foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, offering guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans for Sales team members.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Utilize HR analytics to assess trends, turnover, and other key metrics within the Sales Department, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Change Management: Support the Sales team through periods of change, providing guidance on organizational restructuring, role realignment, and other change management initiatives.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction within the Sales Department.
  • Travel will be required, 35% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales or similar dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
