Business Development Manager - Remote

Infopro Digital group are recruiting for a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis to join our Red-On-Line brand to work remotely selling into existing client base in North America.

Red-on-line, a leading SaaS company since 1999, provides Environmental Health Solution Compliance Solutions to more 16,000 industrial sites in 83 countries. Red-on-line expertise covers Content / Consulting / Software to propose a comprehensive platform to support its clients to mitigate EHS Risks: Legal Registers and Monitoring; Incident Tracking, Work Accidents, Audit and Inspections, Action plans, Risk Analysis.

We are looking a for a sales talented individual, you will be primarily in charge of generating new business opportunities, as well as growing exiting clients.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while fostering relationships with existing clients.

Based in the UK you will be targeting Global EHS Directors in North America , leading the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

You will report directly to the UK/NAM Sales Director.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably with a consultative selling approach.
• Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety-related topics is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with NAM marketplace
• Consultative selling approach and comfortable with over the phone and face to face environments.
• Excellent at building relationships and growing spending accounts.
• Someone who is looking for a creative position and offer full portfolio solutions to clients and not afraid to pitch new products.
• Ambitious and keen to succeed.
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional communicator / negotiator.
• Ability to flex working hours to suit NAM market
