The role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a crucial role in generating leads and creating opportunities through the outbound channel for our sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about, outbound, business development, technology, and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to identify potential customers and qualify leads;

  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns that generate interest and demand for our product;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries;

  • Understand customer needs and pain points through effective lead qualification;

  • Clearly articulate our value proposition and offerings to potential customers about how our product can address their business challenges;

  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries to identify key decision-makers and develop tailored messaging that resonates with their interests and priorities;

  • Maintain accurate records in our sales and engagement platform to track progress and measure success.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, opportunity creation, and revenue growth.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS or IT company.

  • Understanding of the accounting industry (desirable but not essential)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Fluent English
