The role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of projects aimed at improving our products, processes, and services. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, engineering, marketing, sales, operations and customer success to define project requirements, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.

• Manage project risks, scope, and changes effectively to mitigate impact on project deliverables and outcomes.

• Communicate project progress, milestones, and key insights to stakeholders through regular status updates, reports, and presentations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing project performance metrics, identifying areas for optimisation, and implementing best practices.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Conduct post-project reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive process enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in data analysis, analytical thinking, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage data insights to drive project outcomes and strategic initiatives.

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
