Looking to apply your distribution leadership experience to a purpose-driven, operationally-focused and growing distribution operations team that is making a positive impact on the world? As the Business Process Manager, your role will be to lead and manage various business-critical initiatives across the organization. You will primarily focus on enhancing business standard operating procedures (SOPs), external and internal facing efficiency improvements, and supporting the optimization of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will leverage your expertise in process improvement, project management, and data analysis to drive operational excellence, streamline workflows, and ensure optimal utilization of resources, assuring improvements across all areas of the business.

Helps Soligent make a positive impact by:

Process Improvement:

● Evaluating existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.
● Leading cross-functional teams to redesign processes and workflows, implementing industry best practices.
● Utilizing Lean Six Sigma and other project management efficiency methodologies to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.
● Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress.

Business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Optimization:

● Assessing the current SOP framework and collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for enhancement.
● Developing and documenting standardized procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
● Conducting regular audits to evaluate adherence to SOPs, address gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
● Providing training and guidance to employees to ensure SOP understanding and compliance.

ERP System Efficiency:

● Collaborating with the IT department to assess the current ERP system's performance and identify areas for optimization.
● Analyzing data, processes, and system integrations to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
● Project support for ERP system upgrades, implementations, or migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations while maintaining supportive collaboration between departments.
● Providing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and resolve technical issues.

Project Management:

● Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for each initiative.
● Developing project plans, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely and successful execution.
● Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
● Communicating project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Change Management:

● Assessing the impact of process and system changes on employees and developing change management strategies.
● Engaging and collaborate with stakeholders to create awareness and build buy-in for process improvements and system changes.
● Facilitating training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
● Monitoring change effectiveness, gather feedback, and make adjustments as needed.

Continuous Improvement and Analytics:

● Establishing a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and driving a mindset of operational excellence.
● Utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
● Monitoring key metrics and generate reports to provide insights into process performance and areas for improvement.
● Driving data-driven decision-making by providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills/Proficiencies:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
● Proven experience (5 years) in business process improvement, project management, and ERP system optimization.
● Strong knowledge of efficiency methodologies and their application in process improvement initiatives.
● In-depth understanding of business operations, SOP development, and change management principles.
● Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change within complex organizational structures.
● Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
● Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and various Project management systems (e.g.SmartSheets) and their implementation.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and recommend solutions.
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado, NYC, and CA is expected to be between $85,000-$100,000 but may be higher or lower in other States due to geographic differentials in the labor market.
