Responsibilities
- Assess changes to be made to systems as a result of new products and services, and process modifications to the communications to the Consumer/Business customers.
- Recommend enhancements/modifications to existing applications or new acquisitions to meet business needs.
- Analyze and evaluate business solutions by working with vendors, consultants, sponsors, and multi-functional teams.
- Act as the primary interface between the operational representatives and the system integrators and/or solution providers.
- Deliver accurate, timely & cost-effective project documentation as per project methodology.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business analytical skills for gathering and developing detailed business requirements in Agile Methodologies
- 3+ years of experience in effective communication skills (e.g. develop clear & effective business and system requirements documents and Use Cases for Customer Communication Engine flows)
- 3+ years of experience as a strong team player and can facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment.
- 3+ years of experience in high aptitude for understanding and working within web-based areas and agile tools.
- 3+ years of experience in the essential technology related to customer communications (ability to navigate into database, create XML, and understand the Content Development (HTML) in different communication channels: Email, SMS Push notification etc.)
