Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team on a Full/part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries

  • Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or confirm appointments

  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers

  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner

  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining customer records

  • Meeting performance metrics and goals set by the company

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
