Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent to join our remote customer support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Provide information about the products and services

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
