Cardio, Neurology & Pediatrics, Regional Manager | Atlanta

This role will require extensive travel and some work during the evenings and occasional weekends.

Territory: Georgia (Atlanta home base), Louisiana, Alabama, and the Florida panhandle

The Regional Manager is responsible for the sales activity in their assigned region on the CNP (Cardio/Neuro/Pediatric) team. The person in this role is accountable for the maintenance and growth of existing business and identification of new business opportunities within their region. All Regional Managers are expected to achieve revenue targets set for their territory.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the SME for the CNP portfolio and have an understanding of all Invitae products and services.
  • Drive revenue and volume in assigned territory with a high degree of accountability, integrity, ownership and execution.
  • Sell into targeted markets and understand the competitive landscape to create new opportunities and increase existing business.
  • Help achieve revenue goals by establishing and prioritizing critical success metrics; conduct regular business reviews and ensure sales attainment align with business goals.
  • Provide high touch account support, coordinating with service and billing teams to ensure consistent follow up and timely resolution to any issues that arise.

What you bring:

  • A passion for sales with a high degree of accountability and integrity.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and growing business in the diagnostic industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of industry trends and clear knowledge of assigned territory.
  • 7+ years of healthcare sales experience and substantial experience building relationships and selling complex, value driven solutions to a variety of healthcare stakeholders including into the C-Suite, across Health Systems and Clinic settings.

This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
