Role Overview
As a Chief Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s financial health. This includes managing financial systems, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights that drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, is detail-oriented, and can translate financial expertise into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management Compliance:
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop scalable financial systems and robust internal controls.
- Streamline workflows for accounts receivable and payable.
- Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Align financial forecasting with long-term growth strategies.
- Manage external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of financial management experience.
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar tools.
- Proven track record of process improvement in high-growth environments.
