About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist / Outbound Operator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving business growth. Your mission is to execute strategic outbound campaigns, engage key decision-makers, and optimize lead generation efforts using cutting-edge tools and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Database Management
- Use AI tools and web scraping extensions to build high-quality lead databases.
- Continuously explore new automation tools and tech solutions to streamline lead generation.
Cold Outreach Engagement
- Execute and manage high-volume email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with decision-makers in the DTC space.
- Respond to inbound inquiries within 15 minutes to maximize engagement and conversion.
Campaign Execution Data Optimization
- Oversee manual and automated cold email campaigns, leveraging tools like Apollo, FindyMail, and IcyPeas.
- Ensure accurate data management, maintaining clean and updated lead lists.
- Optimize email and LinkedIn outreach workflows, refining messaging and execution strategies for improved conversion rates.
Performance Tracking Process Improvement
- Take full ownership of outbound campaigns, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
- Provide daily reports on campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by adopting and integrating new outreach tools to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
- Web Scraping Lead Database Experience:2+ years of experience in web scraping and managing lead databases for outbound sales or lead generation.
- Language Proficiency: Native or exceptional English skills (written and verbal) to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Tech Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with web scraping tools, CRM systems (HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and email automation platforms.
- Campaign Management: Experience executing high-volume cold outreach campaigns with measurable success.
- Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling, professional outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage large datasets, and exceptional multitasking skills.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A self-starter who takes ownership, problem-solves, and consistently delivers results.
Preferred:
- Experience working with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in B2B industries.
- Background in DTC, SaaS, or e-commerce lead generation.
