Job Description

JobTeaser is seeking a Marketing Director for a fixed-term contract to cover a long-term absence.

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll report to the CEO and play a key role in the Executive Leadership team, with a crucial impact on the global group strategy. In addition to driving overall marketing initiatives, you will infuse your leadership with a focus on brand building and communication strategies to enhance JobTeaser's presence across various audiences.

Main missions and objectives:

  • Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy to position JobTeaser as a global leader in guiding young talent, emphasizing brand elevation and communication effectiveness.

  • Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team (20+) to foster innovation and excellence in executing marketing initiatives.

  • Establish and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints

  • Drive lead generation initiatives to optimize sales opportunities and go-to-market strategies through content, events, advertising.

  • Expand JobTeaser's young talent audience within partner schools and clients, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Oversee the roll-out of branding strategies, coordination of transversal communication projects, and guidance of creative direction.

  • Ensure efficient management of video production aspects to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.


- A seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years' experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple countries, ideally with a strong focus on brand building and communication.

- Demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional and international teams and fostering a collaborative environment conducive to success.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of attracting top talents and leading them to achieve organizational objectives.

- Fluent in both English and French, with proficiency in German considered advantageous.

- Strong expertise in branding and communication strategies, with a knack for crafting impactful narratives that resonate:

  • with Gen Z audience

  • with B to B corporates

- Strong expertise around social networks (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) to create innovative and relevant content across our audiences.

- Track record of driving lead generation efforts and leveraging data-driven insights (internal data, surveys) to create powerful content for our clients and prospects.

- Familiarity with the Gen Z demographic and/or HR Corporate target is a plus, indicating adaptability and relevance in aligning strategies with evolving market dynamics.
