Responsibilities
Help level up our operations infrastructure. Lead the finance and HR functions.
Establish and own our hiring processes to help us find and retain the best talent
Identify and take on ad hoc strategic projects (such as upleveling hiring)
Stakeholder management; support critical internal and external relationships
Generally free up co-founder time so they can focus on the company's mission
Communications; drafting presentations, investor updates
Qualifications
Comfort with autonomy in a remote-first working environment
You have experience working in startup, ideally early stage
Bilingual French / English
Empathy
You write clearly, concisely and consistently
Evidence of solid past achievements in a work environment; you don’t need to have worked in a startup before but we’d like to know you’ve quickly assumed responsibilities and owned projects end to end before
