ClinicMind is looking for a full-time Client Relations Specialist for our credentialing department- CredEdge. The Client Relations Specialist serves as the main client contact and manages client relationships by proactively ensuring clients understand and take advantage of the full array of services provided by CredEdge. ClinicMind is a US-based Health IT company that offers revenue cycle management (RCM) service, practice management software (SaaS), and credentialing services to Group and/or Individual providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in health care networks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage the customer experience and relationships with our clients:

    1. Manage all client communications, meetings, and calls, ensuring effective interaction and understanding. This includes leading client meetings.

    2. Craft and send recap emails promptly after client meetings to summarize key discussions and action points.

    3. Ensure the team handles client communications effectively and in accordance with our SOP, maintaining consistent quality of service.

    4. Aid team members in contacting clients to obtain necessary information to facilitate smooth project progression.

    5. Serve as the primary contact for addressing any escalated issues with clients, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.

    6. Periodically gather feedback from clients to ensure they have a positive experience and identify areas for improvement.

    7. Ensure clients are proficient in using the Credegde portal by providing necessary guidance and support, enhancing their user experience.

    8. Keep leadership informed of any client escalations or urgent matters promptly.

  2. Managing the maintenance service offered by CredEgde

    1. Ensuring all settings and records are set up correctly.

    2. Opening task checklists to the team and following up on their completion.

    3. Sending out Monthly maintenance recap emails to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Minimum of 6 months experience in US-based Credentialing process

  2. Familiar with US medical insurance industry

  3. Excellent listening, written communication, and problem-solving skills

  4. Outstanding verbal communication skills

  5. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

  6. Must be level-headed and good under pressure

  7. Comfortable being on camera with clients

MUST HAVE:

  1. High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift - Must be available for practice meetings to discuss progress during East Coast Business Hours

  2. Good internet access at home

  3. Mobile Hotspot

  4. Laptop/Desktop of at least 8 GB

  5. High-quality camera used for video conferencing
