- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Auckland, New Zealand Time; 8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid break

Job Description
As a Telesales Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with a diverse clientele ranging from individual consumers to established businesses. You’ll play a crucial role in growing our customer base, reactivating past clients, and maximizing the value we provide to existing accounts. This position offers a perfect blend of relationship-building and strategic selling, allowing you to develop your skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities
- Drive sales through outbound calls, offering tailored telecom solutions to consumers and businesses
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Spearhead campaigns to win back former customers, showcasing our latest offerings and improvements
- Manage and nurture relationships with business clients, becoming their trusted telecom advisor
- Coordinate with field sales teams, setting up high-value appointments for in-person consultations
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, leveraging our CRM system to track and analyze sales activities
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Proven track record in telesales or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector
- Ability to work full-time, adhering to New Zealand business hours
- Proficiency with CRM systems and auto-dialers, with a knack for leveraging technology in sales
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in dynamic customer interactions
- Passion for staying updated on telecom industry trends and product innovations
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security in all customer interactions
