Client Service Specialist

What does a successful Client Service Specialist do?

You will be working with a committed team to assist a major bank. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, offering level two support to SMS bankers, sales representatives, and merchants. To include but not limited account changes, account retention, funding, and billing questions, etc. You will be responsible for increasing overall customer satisfaction. You will support Fiserv revenue growth through increased retention and increased product/service penetration. Responsible for client solutions, education, and issue resolution ownership.

What you will do:

  • Support the retention and growth of a client portfolio and assures client satisfaction by maintaining overall relationship with clients.
  • Provide ongoing relationship development through proactive engagement, integrated with digital nurturing, to increase revenue retention within an assigned vertical.
  • Be responsible for direct resolution of simple inquiries and facilitation of resolution for moderate to complex inquiries through coordination with customers and other internal Fiserv areas. Must maintain clear and open communication regarding complex subject matter such as pricing model, funding, and compression management.
  • Work with small to mid-tier accounts with multi product platforms/environments to deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles including contract information, communication logs, and product matrix.
  • Educate customers on relevant industry information and provides training products, reporting, and self-service tools.

What you will need to have:

  • 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management; payment processing experience.
  • High School graduate/GED

What would be great to have:

  • 2-year degree.
  • Be flexible and adaptable due to the ever-changing needs of the organization.
  • Analytical skills - understand industry metrics and trends.
  • Knowledge of payment processing; Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.

Salary Range:

$36,600.00-$50,400.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
