About the Position
We seek a part-time Client Services Plan Specialist who is highly organized and prioritizes a positive client experience to join our team. Your role will involve supporting our Retirement Plan Advisors by providing ongoing service and maintenance to corporate retirement plan clients. You’ll Get a Chance To
- Research & successfully resolve basic client inquiries at the Plan Sponsor level?
- Assist participants with basic plan/vendor contact information?
- Execute all service and operations needs for record kept CRP accounts including coordination of standard and complex new account onboarding, recordkeeper conversions, and maintenance of existing accounts?
- Assist with coordinating Aldrich Wealth’s plan conversions responsibilities
- Assist with the quarterly and annual trustee report delivery process?
- Maintain prospectus “library” of Aldrich Wealth frequently used funds?
- Set up and maintain electronic client files and records including data entry to the document management system and CRM software and document filing in our online document repository
- Perform data exports and ad-hoc analysis utilizing spreadsheets and basic data queries/exports from CRM software

Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in a similar role in a financial services firm
- Industry experience specifically with Corporate Retirement Plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salentica Engage and Microsoft Dynamics a bonus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required
What You Should Know
This role is part-time and remote, working 15-20 hours per week on a consistent schedule. Candidates must be available to work during the Pacific Standard Time zone (PST) business hours. This is a non-exempt position offering a pay range from $30 to $35 per hour. As a part-time employee, except for 401(k), this position is not eligible for employee benefits.
