As Client Success Associate, you’ll play an integral role on our team, reporting to the Director of Client Success, with a focus on a book of business for our small and medium clients and supporting the Customer Success Managers in a collaborative way on larger projects. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our multifamily partners.

About the Role

  • Partner with our small and medium-sized clients to ensure their success with our product. This will include performing business reviews, educating on our product, and providing top-notch service.
  • Support your teammates, the Client Success Managers and Implementation Managers, on large-scale projects.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, respond to client queries promptly, and coordinate across various internal teams to solve any problems that arise.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to onboard new clients and existing client expansions through organizing data sets, submitting tickets, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  • Educate clients on the Updater platform by hosting training sessions and webinars about the Updater solution.
  • Become an expert on the platform and integrations while keeping up with industry trends and competitors.
  • Partner with the sales team on expansion opportunities within your book of business
  • Assist with internal process documentation to allow for a scalable infrastructure for our Client Success team as we grow.

About You

  • Friendly Collaborator: you enjoy working with your peers and keep an open mind when it comes to feedback and other perspectives
  • Self-starter: you actively seek out new opportunities for improvement
  • Experience working within a SaaS or software-related field

  • Familiarity in the multifamily property management space
  • Experience in the B2B2C world
  • Saas start-up experience
  • Salesforce/CRM/Gainsight familiarity
