Client Support Professional

What does a successful Client Support Professional do at Fiserv:

We are seeking a Client Support Professional to support public sector clients. Our Government team works hand-in-hand with Federal, state and municipal government, as well as non-profits, higher education and utilities across the United States. You’re a great fit if you are passionate about building strong business relationships, communicating with clients regularly as a key day-to-day point of contact for solving problems.

What will you do:

  • Identifies, analyses, researches, and resolves inquiries on all aspects relating to the Managed Service Fee Model
  • Ensures complete and prompt resolution for moderate to complex inquiries from clients directly and other areas within Fiserv
  • Provide consultation to clients on Fiserv products and provide technical, functional, and operational support thus acting as a single point of contact for acquiring and issuing business
  • Handle and troubleshoot critical incidents, interface with development, operations, and support teams and engage with senior management
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date Client profiles to include contract information, communication logs, and product matrix

What you will need to have:

  • 3-5 years financial skill set to analyze merchant account set-up to ensure we minimize the interchange and card brand fees
  • 3 years proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Note
  • Ability to utilize internal Fiserv reporting to generate program revenue Results
  • Developed information seeking/analysis skills with the ability to communicate to foster desired/positive client experiences
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

What would be great to have:

  • Accounting or Business degree from a 4-year accredited college or equivalent experience
  • Government financial management experience
  • Familiarity with internal Fiserv systems and solutions

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
