They specialize in creating individually wrapped butter portions for weddings, special events, and branded occasions. With a passionate commitment to quality and presentation, they've established themselves as innovators in the specialty butter market, offering unique products from wedding butter to chef-specific varieties.
Why this role exists
Our client is seeking two Cold Callers to establish direct communication with potential customers, particularly restaurants and hotels. These roles will focus on making outbound calls during appropriate business hours, managing prospect information in the CRM, and sending follow-up materials to potential customers. This position is crucial in bridging the communication gap with end customers who currently purchase through distributors.

The Impact you’ll make

Cold Calling
  • Place outbound calls using the provided scripts
  • Time calls appropriately around restaurant and hotel business hours
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Ensure a quiet environment during calls
  • Document all call outcomes
Contact Management
  • Enter and update contact information in Zoho CRM
  • Research and verify business contact information when not provided
  • Maintain accurate prospect records
  • Track all communications
  • Ensure data quality and completeness
Follow-up Activities
  • Send follow-up emails after calls
  • Update contact status in CRM
  • Maintain organized records
  • Track response rates
  • Coordinate timing of follow-ups with business hours

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Previous cold-calling experience
  • Basic CRM knowledge
  • Data entry experience
  • Professional phone manner
  • Email communication skills
  • Experience working with businesses preferred
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
  • 40 hours a week
Compensation:
