Why this role exists
Our client seeks an Executive Business Analyst to combine high-level executive support with advanced data analysis to streamline operations and enhance stakeholder relationships across their global network. The role will serve as a crucial bridge between executive leadership, sales teams, and international distributors, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize business processes and support strategic decision-making.

The Impact you’ll make

Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
  • Create and maintain reports using VLOOKUP functions and pivot tables for streamlined analysis
  • Develop data visualizations using Tableau to present insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze sales and distributor performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Build and maintain efficient tracking systems using Airtable
Executive Support & Calendar Management
  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate international meetings
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and distribute action items to stakeholders
  • Book and coordinate international travel arrangements, optimizing for loyalty points and adhering to preferred travel protocols
  • Process expense reports through Concur following company guidelines
Project Management & Event Coordination
  • Lead the organization of international conferences and distributor events
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
  • Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Manage DocuSign processes for event-related agreements
Stakeholder Relations & Communications
  • Maintain strong relationships with international distributors
  • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments
  • Manage and organize communication flows between executives and stakeholders
  • Support sales initiatives through effective distributor liaison

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or executive support roles
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Track record of managing international stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in project management and event coordination
  • Experience with expense management systems (like Concur)
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
  • 40 hours a week
Compensation:
  • $7 per hour
