We are currently seeking a detailed orientated and collaborative Finance Analyst to join our highly skilled team reporting into the FP&A Manager.

Please note this role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting if commutable to either our Weybridge or Burton offices.

The Role:

As our newly appointed Finance Analyst you will have responsibility for commercial finance reporting across the EU & ROW in the Products division. Responsibility for preparing the generation of budget, forecast, internal reporting, FP&A, divisional P&L, balance sheet reconciliation and cash flow forecasts, all performed to the highest quality and service standards. As a key member of the Commercial finance team in the Products division this role will consistently challenge how the business is run and provide the levels of insight, analysis and management information to underpin sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
  • Ensure governance and budgetary control for relevant countries across the Products division
  • Prepare the monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for relevant countries in Products division
  • Prepare the budget and forecast process relevant countries in Products division
  • Prepare the production of flash sales reporting process for the relevant countries in Products division
  • Prepare and maintain a clear and accurate balance sheet for relevant countries in Products division
  • Input into the analytics for 3-5 year strategic plans for relevant countries in Products division
  • Communicate effectively within the finance team assisting the team to operate at a high standard of efficiency and for Products division
  • Drive reporting improvements aligned to the Products division strategy
  • Provide input and insight into the S&OP process in support of Supply Chain activities and use outputs to develop understanding of forecast
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis of performance as and when required by the FP&A Manager.

Requirements

  • Part qualified/qualifying chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • 3-4 years demonstrable experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrable business and commercial awareness
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively to all Financial matters relating to the IFRS
  • Deliver highest level of customer service to the business as demonstrated by 360 feedback
  • Pharma knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and graph creation
  • Experience of Oracle and HFM platforms desirable but not essential
