Join Our Team as a Community Coordinator!

We are seeking a highly organized Community Coordinator to join our small but impactful Community team! In this role, every day will be different! You’ll work on internal operations and people team projects and gain recruitment, compliance, and IT exposure. You’ll also collaborate with various teams as a Project Manager, helping us stay productive and focused. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to develop their career in Ops or People Ops.

About the Role

The Community Coordinator will:

  • Report to the EVP Community.

  • Manage our virtual mailbox.

  • Assist with recruitment and HR tasks, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

  • Be accountable for the freshness of our onboarding board, Employee handbook, and other resources.

  • Support vendor and tool management, ensuring seamless operations.

  • Collaborate with other departments as a Project Manager.

  • Develop documentation and training materials related to our tools and work norms.

  • Take on various tasks within the Community department as needs arise.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, project management, or similar role.

  • Experience with a Project Management tool such as Monday, Trello, Confluence or Asana.

  • Curiosity - you love to learn new systems/processes and aren’t afraid to take on a new challenge!

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A desire to develop your career in Operations, People Operations, Project Management or Compliance.

Compensation Range: $61K - $69K
