We're seeking a Part-Time Open to Close (OTC) Specialist to join our team and focus exclusively on managing tasks within the Open to Close system. What You’ll Do:

  • Platform Expertise: Utilize expert-level knowledge of the Open to Close platform to manage real estate transactions effectively.
  • Information Intake: Handle intake processes, ensuring all information is filled out correctly and completely for seamless processing.
  • Transaction Coordination: Oversee and coordinate transactions from start to finish within the Open to Close system, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Specialized Workflow: Focus solely on Open to Close tasks, maintaining a streamlined and efficient workflow.
  • Documentation Compliance: Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and deadlines, keeping transactions on track.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the transaction process, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction coordination process, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
