Role Description:
We are seeking a talented Community Manager to join our marketing team at a fast-growing consumer technology company. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing them to be on the front lines of developing the Arbor brand and community on both a local and national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organic social channels, interactions, comments, and groups
- Create visual and written content for our social channels, blog, and other platforms
- Be the voice of Arbor on public facing conversations with customers and prospective customers
- Develop, manage and scale local partnerships in target markets that help drive growth
- Work with the team to ideate, develop, coordinate and launch creative marketing campaigns
- Recruit for and manage a customer ambassador and referral program
- Recruit and conduct customer interviews
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years marketing experience
• Experience interacting with customers
- Experience creating visual content for social media, and design tools such as Adobe or Figma
- Experience with and affinity for agile and fast-paced work environments
- Organized, focused, and detail-oriented
- Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Location & Work Environment:
While this position is fully remote, candidates should be prepared to travel to one of our hub locations in DC, Boston, or Austin periodically. At Arbor, we deeply value the relationships and camaraderie among our team. Therefore, we periodically gather at these hubs for special occasions such as team events or when welcoming new members.
