In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. We are looking for a senior product designer who combines exceptional craftsmanship with in-depth product thinking to shape MaintainX's "AI-first" product experience. You will lead end-to-end design for web and mobile, collaborating with product managers, engineers and designers, to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive tools for frontline workers.

Ce que vous ferez :

• Design AI-powered product interfaces end to end for web and mobile devices, from problem definition to high-fidelity implementation.

  Design AI-powered experiences for frontline users, such as maintenance technicians and facility managers, simplifying and streamlining workflows without adding complexity.

  Translate ambiguous and constantly evolving AI challenges into clear, verifiable design solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams.

  Take a systems approach: identify recurring patterns, design with reuse in mind, and contribute.

A propos de vous :

• More than 6 years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.

• Hands-on experience designing AI-based features, such as natural language interfaces, agents and predictive analytics, for real users facing concrete problems.

• Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills, with a keen sense of typography, spacing, color, layout and animation.

• A systems mindset that naturally identifies recurring patterns, designs reusable elements and anticipates the impact of design choices across the entire product.
