By owning schedules, scope tracking, project updates, and estimating support inside Primavera and Procore, you will ensure data accuracy, disciplined workflows, and up-to-date records that enable the field and leadership teams to execute confidently. The company is scaling and needs a detail-obsessed Construction Project Manager who can bring structure, consistency, and reliability to project administration.The Impact you’ll make
Schedule and Scope Control (Primavera)- Build, update, and maintain project schedules with accurate logic ties, milestones, and critical paths
Track scope, changes, and dependencies to keep baselines and current schedules aligned
Flag risks, slippage, and resource constraints; recommend recovery or mitigation actions Documentation and Tracking- Maintain organized project records, drawings, and logs within Procore
Support tracking of submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, punch lists, and action items
Ensure version control and timely distribution of updated documents to stakeholders Data Quality and Reporting- Conduct line-by-line reviews for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across systems
Generate recurring dashboards/status reports on schedule health, scope changes, and progress
Escalate discrepancies, close data gaps, and enforce standardized naming and filing conventions Estimating Support and Coordination- Assist with quantity takeoffs, bid tabulation/leveling, and vendor/subcontractor outreach
Consolidate quotes, update cost assumptions, and maintain estimate logs
Coordinate with project engineers/PMs to align schedule, scope, and estimate data Process and Workflow Compliance- Implement and uphold SOPs across active projects to ensure consistency
Maintain structured file systems, templates, and checklists for repeatable quality
Partner with field/remote teams to keep updates on cadence and within SLAs Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Engineer supporting construction projects
Background in project engineering, civil engineering, or construction project support
Exceptional attention to detail and strong English communication skills Your superpowers are...- Technical: Primavera P6, Procore, MS Excel/Sheets (advanced), quantity takeoffs, bid leveling, document control
Operational: Structured organizer, workflow/process adherence, rigorous record-keeping, version control
