Scope of the role:
The Content Creator will have a strong background in content strategy, creation, and distribution, with a keen understanding of SEO, audience engagement, and social media trends. This role will play a pivotal part in driving brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy through high-quality, innovative content across various platforms, with a particular focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Conduct market research to identify content opportunities.
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality content (blogs, social media, videos, infographics).
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and tone.
- Develop TikTok strategies for brand awareness and engagement.
- Optimize content for SEO and manage distribution across channels.
- Engage with audiences and monitor content performance.
- Collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators.
- Work with marketing, design, and product teams for cohesive content.
- Maintain a content calendar and manage production timelines.
- Track and report on content performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and experiment with new formats.
- Proofread and edit content, implementing feedback for improvement.
Requirements
- C1 English level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must Have)
- 4+ years of experience in content creation and strategy. (Must Have)
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or similar tools. (Must Have)
- Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to optimize and measure content performance. (Must Have)
- Basic skills in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visual content. (Must Have)
- Ability to produce and edit multimedia content, including videos and podcasts.
- Expertise in managing and creating content for major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). (Must Have)
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram and knowledge of what performs well on these platforms.
- Proven track record of creating high-quality content and managing successful content campaigns.
- Passion for beauty, hair care, and emerging trends in the industry.
- Creative, innovative personality with a strong interest in the social and digital space.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and grammar.
- Attention to detail, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and think outside the box to create engaging content.
