Due to time constraints and missed opportunities, this position is crucial for managing both content creation and marketing initiatives while supporting project operations. This role will help streamline processes and enhance the company's digital presence through various content formats and marketing channels. We're seeking an experienced professional who can handle diverse content needs and collaborate effectively across teams.

The Impact you’ll make

Quote Building & Support
  • Gather necessary product/service information
  • Research market rates and costs
  • Draft clear, professional quotes with a detailed scope
  • Follow up with clients on quotes
  • Customize based on client needs
Content Creation
  • Design engaging PowerPoint presentations
  • Write clear, SEO-optimized blog posts
  • Create and edit basic video content
  • Edit photos for various uses
  • Maintain brand consistency across materials
Social Media & Marketing
  • Develop content calendar
  • Create platform-specific content
  • Monitor engagement and respond to interactions
  • Analyze performance metrics
  • Stay updated on trends
Project & Calendar Management
  • Define project scopes and objectives
  • Develop project timelines
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Maintain organized documentation
Email & Administrative Support
  • Manage email communications efficiently
  • Organize emails and follow-ups
  • Create email templates
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Support daily operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • Minimum 2+ years content creation and marketing experience
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS 365 suite
  • Experience with social media management
  • CRM system familiarity (SOHO preferred)
  • Strong LinkedIn skills
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
