Why this role exists
We are seeking experienced B2B Appointment Setters to connect our sales team with healthcare executives through outbound calling initiatives. This role is crucial for establishing initial contact with decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare providers across the US, and setting up qualified meetings that can lead to meaningful partnerships. The position requires someone who can effectively communicate our value proposition to executive-level contacts.

The Impact you’ll make

Appointment Setting
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare executives
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets
  • Follow up with prospects as needed
  • Track all calling activities
Lead Management
  • Identify key decision makers
  • Qualify prospects according to criteria
  • Update contact information
  • Maintain accurate call records
  • Document prospect interactions
Sales Support
  • Work closely with sales team
  • Share prospect insights
  • Provide meeting briefings
  • Track appointment outcomes
  • Support pipeline development
Communication Management
  • Use VOIP system effectively
  • Follow call scripts and protocols
  • Maintain professional communication
  • Document call outcomes
  • Provide activity reports

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:
  • 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience
  • 1+ years in appointment-setting role
  • 1+ years of experience calling executive-level contacts
  • Experience with VOIP systems
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong phone presence (voice recording required)
  • Track record of meeting appointment-setting targets
  • WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

  • 40 hours per week
Compensation:
  • $5 per hour
