Introduction:
Kaizen Labs is seeking a skilled Contract Design Prototyper to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities in Figma and experience in rapidly developing and iterating design prototypes to meet client needs and deadlines. This role requires a proactive and creative individual who can effectively translate ideas into functional design prototypes for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial design concepts into functional prototypes using Figma.
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to understand client needs and requirements.
- Rapidly iterate on design prototypes based on feedback from stakeholders and potential customers.
- Prepare and ship designs for presentations and upcoming meetings, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and tools to enhance prototype development processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Design Prototyper, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design prototyping skills.
- Expertise in Figma, including all its functionalities for creating and iterating designs.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and style.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in other design tools and software is a plus.
