THE ROLE:

In this role, will be instrumental in building and managing a strong pipeline for a wide range of finance roles across our organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in sourcing and filling finance positions. If you are a dynamic, self-driven recruiter with a deep understanding of the finance sector, we want to hear from you. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Source, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of finance positions, including but not limited to accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, auditors, and controllers
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business needs
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and market research to identify top talent
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Maintain candidate database and tracking systems, ensuring up-to-date candidate information
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement

This is a fully remote, temporary 90-day assignment with the possibility of extension.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting for finance roles
  • Greenhouse experience is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of building and managing candidate pipelines for finance positions
  • Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and required skill sets
  • Ability to effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently
