Responsibilities:
- Data Collection:
- Conduct one-on-one interviews with approved participants in target markets.
- Ask open-ended questions based on the provided interview guide.
- Ensure a comfortable and engaging interview environment.
- Data Analysis:
- Record interview responses accurately.
- Analyze qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and insights.
- Collaborate with the research team to synthesize findings.
- Reporting:
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings.
- Present insights to the research team.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research).
- 1-2 years of related experience, including roles such as internship, research assistant, or administrative assistant.
- Qualitative Research Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting qualitative interviews.
- Ability to ask open-ended questions and explore participants’ experiences, needs, and preferences.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate engaging interviews.
- Experience recording interview responses accurately.
- Familiarity with qualitative data analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes.
- Reporting and translating data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Project portfolio with a proven track record of successfully conducting, completing, and reporting on similar projects.
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between$30-$35/hour for 80 hours of total project hours.
