Education Perfect (EP) is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. We aim to enable teachers to personalise learning at scale with a range of powerful learning, assessment, and insights tools, helping them and their students reach their full potential.
We require a highly experienced South Australian Physics teacher to audit existing Education Perfect content to ensure it aligns with the most recent SACE curriculum.
This position will require the successful candidate to:
- Carefully examine each EP lesson and align it to the appropriate content descriptor from the new curriculum,
- Rearrange the existing content into a new folder structure that matches the new curriculum,
- Assess the percentage coverage for each content descriptor,
- Recommend any adaptations to existing lessons and/or identify any new lessons that may need to be built due to changes in the curriculum.
Please note: This role does not include the creation of any content.
This work will be conducted remotely using the Google Applications (Docs and Sheets). You will have the freedom to manage your time and work independently.
The work is expected to take approximately 20 hours to complete (in total) and must be delivered within FOUR (4) weeks of the agreed start date. The successful applicant will be required for a further TWO (2) weeks to apply feedback and address any questions. Upon successful completion of the project, a payment of $1000 AUD will be made.
Requirements of this position include:
- Minimum (FIVE) 5 years of experience teaching physics in South Australia to year 11 and 12 using the SACE syllabus
- Experience in analysing curriculum documents and content resources
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Ability to work independently and to a strict timeline
- Experience using Education Perfect in the classroom is preferred
