The Job

Join our Sales team as a Contract Sales Support Analyst and gain hands-on experience in customer research and sales support within a growing company. In this role, you'll work closely with Enterprise Business Development Directors to conduct in-depth research, identify potential customers, and ensure accurate contact information. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, providing timely reports and valuable insights to help drive sales success.

As a Sales Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough research, gathering precise data on key decision-makers, and collaborating closely with sales representatives to meet their specific needs. With your strong analytical skills and attention to detail, you'll provide valuable insights to the sales team, contributing to our overall success.

Please note that this is an entry-level role and a contract position for 3 months with the possibility of an extension

Reports To: VP, Sales

As Sales Support Analyst at Tango, you will:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential customers within the target market.
• Gather accurate and up-to-date information on key decision-makers, including names, titles, email addresses, and phone numbers.
• Research and find articles that identify companies to target.
• Download reports from Saleforce and upload data into our other systems as needed.
• Download reports from SalesLoft to cross reference accuracy in Salesforce.
• Download reports from Hubspot to provide key findings to the sales team on email metrics that could be useful for Salesloft and prospecting.
• Work closely with sales representatives to understand their specific needs and requirements for customer contact information.

To be effective in our Sales Support Analyst role, you must have:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Our ideal Sales Support Analyst at Tango will have most of the following skills and experience:

• A bachelor’s degree, or working toward completing your degree
• Proficiency with Google Suite and other modern collaboration tools
• Experience in conducting research, preferably in a business or sales support capacity.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in utilizing online research tools and databases.

Salary: Given the entry-level position of this role, the compensation will align with the minimum wage requirements in your respective state.
