As the Country Manager for Mexico, you will be entrusted with P&L ownership, user acquisition, and player retention initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns, optimising user acquisition channels, and implementing retention strategies to elevate player experience and bolster revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and surpass company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends, player behaviour, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and market differentiation.
- Devise and execute targeted marketing and player acquisition campaigns to attract and retain a dedicated user base.
- Develop and implement player retention strategies to foster loyalty and engagement.
- Utilise player data and behavior analysis to refine retention strategies, including tailored offers and incentives.
- Monitor player feedback and reviews to pinpoint areas for enhancement and enrich the overall gaming experience.
- Manage country-specific P&L, taking charge of revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular P&L reviews, identify gaps, and devise action plans for performance improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure gaming products and marketing campaigns comply with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the Mexican iGaming market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming and online sportsbook industry and specific expertise in the Mexican market.
- LATAM markets iGaming knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets within the gaming sector.
- Strong analytical prowess, adept at translating data and market insights into strategic decisions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Mexican gaming landscape, player preferences, and industry trends.
