Netenders, international e-commerce group specializing in the sale of clothing, textiles and customizable items, is looking for a Creative Asset Producer to strengthen the production of advertising content for our brands, including Wordans, Needen, Ntextil and Egotier.
We are looking for a creative, fast and performance-oriented person, capable of producing visuals and videos adapted to Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Performance Max and CRM campaigns.
You will be responsible for creating and adapting advertising assets designed to generate performance on our different acquisition channels.
Your missions will include:
Creating short videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Google Ads.
Production of static visuals for paid social, display, remarketing and newsletter campaigns.
Adaptation of assets to different formats: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9, banners, stories, reels, shorts.
Creation of creative variations by country, brand, product category and promotion.
Video editing from product images, templates, UGC, text, voice-overs or existing content.
Creation of simple, effective advertising concepts oriented towards conversion.
Collaboration with marketing, paid media, CRM, SEO and e-commerce teams.
Monitoring creative performance with the acquisition team to continuously improve ads.
Creative monitoring of trends on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and e-commerce.
We are looking for an autonomous, reactive person comfortable in an international e-commerce environment.
You ideally have:
Experience creating advertising assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
Good mastery of social media formats and performance marketing.
Ability to produce quickly, test multiple creative angles and adapt content based on results.
Good visual sensitivity: composition, typography, video rhythm, short storytelling.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalents.
Good understanding of e-commerce mechanics: promotions, best sellers, retargeting, acquisition, conversion.
Ability to work in French and/or English. Spanish is a plus.
A person capable of transforming a marketing idea or product promotion into clear, attractive and high-performing advertising assets.
We are not just looking for a designer or video editor, but someone who understands that in e-commerce, creativity must also serve conversion, ROAS and growth.
Collaboration possible on a full-time or part-time basis depending on availability and experience.
