About the role

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a CRM Lead to join us. The CRM Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximise customer retention, and revenue through effective use of our CRM system.

We are looking for a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive CRM initiatives forward with a growth mindset and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing CRM strategies to optimise customer lifecycle, including segmentation, targeting, and personalised messaging,
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, and leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify CRM requirements and translate them into actionable plans, utilising data-driven insights to maximise impact.
  • Guiding the design and execution of automated marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and workflows, leveraging data analytics to refine strategies and drive results.
  • Analysing CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, driving data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, using data to optimise strategies and achieve key business objectives.
  • Manage a team of CRM managers, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.

  • Extensive experience in CRM and lifecycle management, with a proven track record of success in driving customer engagement and retention through data-driven strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools, with a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members and foster a growth mindset that embraces change and innovation.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, driving results through effective project management and execution.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations governing customer data privacy and protection.
