Our Customer Experience FinRoll (Finance and Payroll) team is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join us as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for handling invoicing and payroll questions, ensuring our clients and talents have an exceptional experience.

What you'll do…

  • Offer expert support to talents (our clients' employees) on payroll questions.
  • Create and maintain thorough knowledge documentation for your assigned payroll regions.
  • Take ownership of customer requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and strong relationships with clients and talents.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, driving continuous improvements in processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for working with data and numbers.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset
