    Key Responsibilities

    • Dispatching & Logistics: Efficiently manage and dispatch service technicians, optimizing schedules and routes for timely client appointments.

    • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance via phone and email.

    • Data Management: Log service requests, update customer records, and maintain accurate dispatching information across relevant systems.

    • Client Communication: Communicate proactively with clients regarding service status, appointment confirmations, and any potential delays.

    • Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

    • Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with field teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience: Proven track record in a customer service or dispatching role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.

    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Technical Proficiency: Comfort and proficiency with ServiceTitan CRM, scheduling tools, and standard office applications.

    • Core Traits: Strong problem-solving aptitude paired with keen attention to detail.

    • Remote Infrastructure: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a dedicated home office setup equipped with reliable, high-speed internet.

    Schedule & Work Arrangement

    • Employment Type: Full-time position (40 hours per week)

    • Working Hours: Standard US business hours
