Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a unique blend of customer service and marketing experience to join our team as a Customer Service & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in engaging with our customers while also helping to generate leads and grow our affiliate and influencer marketing programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in both customer relations and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
- Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution, collaborating with other departments when necessary.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Track and report on customer feedback and trends, sharing insights with the team to improve service and product offerings.
Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Generate leads for our affiliate program by identifying and contacting potential partners, influencers, and affiliates.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other marketing partners, facilitating collaboration to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Assist in the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and increasing program visibility.
- Manage outreach efforts, including email campaigns and social media messaging, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Track the success of marketing campaigns and partnerships, providing regular reports and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and/or marketing roles, preferably in lead generation or affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers and partners.
- Experience in influencer outreach and affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service and marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in affiliate marketing or influencer marketing programs.
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and tracking tools.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
Salary: $900 - $1300
