Summary of Position:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing marketing content. The ideal candidate
has a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, a passion for innovation, and expertise in using various
digital channels to engage target audiences effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media campaigns across platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Create engaging multimedia content tailored for specific platforms.
- Schedule and execute posts across social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Close coordination with internal teams in maintaining the company website.
- Implementing A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI.
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports.
- Promoting awareness and positive public image of the company through digital marketing.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in business administration or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, e-marketing, or e-commerce. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in Digital Marketing position for an ERP or QMS software company geared towards manufacturing customers.
- Experience with social, SEO and SEM strategies with strong ability to analyze data in Google Analytics and make actionable decisions and recommendations.
- Video editing, graphic design and production skills would be considered an asset.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Displays professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- History of driving results in a competitive environment and thriving on success.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
