Role Overview
Busy and growing painting franchise is looking for a sharp motivated person to be our Customer Service Rep. This is a work from home position and requires a motivated self-starter.
What You Will Do
Contacting customers, confirming appointments, scheduling appointments and estimates, contacting painting crews, creating social posts and ads, answering multi-channel customer inquiries, organizing and reviewing the work and sales calendar with the CEO.
