Location: Pasig,Metro Manila,Philippines

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Make and receive Inbound/outbound calls to resolve customer queries, open tickets and assign to necessary departments.

  • Receiving calls and data entry using ClinicMind Software- Scheduling/Rescheduling/Canceling appointments, Task Management.

  • Process transactions and update customer accounts as necessary, customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Respond to emails, chats, tickets.

  • Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and different departments.

  • Follow communication spiels when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt to conversations as needed.

  • Create reports using Google Drive.

  • Meet service level agreements set forth.

  • Perform other duties as assigned Ex. calls for survey projects, call back requests, and creating and managing appointments.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate or college-level

  • At least 1 year healthcare experience is required, and customer care experience in BPO
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Very flexible to adapt to change

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

  • Familiarity with Healthcare is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using various communication platforms

  • Must be willing to work between US Eastern to Pacific Time Zones

Position Requirements:

  • Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS

  • Must have a mobile data plan as a backup

  • Must be in a quiet environment

  • Must be comfortable working the US business hours

  • Must own a PC with at least 16 GB of memory
