Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Make and receive Inbound/outbound calls to resolve customer queries, open tickets and assign to necessary departments.
Receiving calls and data entry using ClinicMind Software- Scheduling/Rescheduling/Canceling appointments, Task Management.
Process transactions and update customer accounts as necessary, customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Respond to emails, chats, tickets.
Strong Communication skills to interact with customers and different departments.
Follow communication spiels when handling different topics but also have the flexibility to adapt to conversations as needed.
Create reports using Google Drive.
Meet service level agreements set forth.
Perform other duties as assigned Ex. calls for survey projects, call back requests, and creating and managing appointments.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
Qualifications:
Must be a college graduate or college-level
- At least 1 year healthcare experience is required, and customer care experience in BPO
A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Very flexible to adapt to change
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Familiarity with Healthcare is a plus.
Proficiency in using various communication platforms
Must be willing to work between US Eastern to Pacific Time Zones
Position Requirements:
Must have a stable internet connection minimum of 5 MBPS
Must have a mobile data plan as a backup
Must be in a quiet environment
Must be comfortable working the US business hours
Must own a PC with at least 16 GB of memory
