What you'll do
- Engage with existing clients by making and receiving calls to renew and retain their business, as well as reach out to prospective customers to introduce our offerings.
- Follow prepared sales scripts to guide conversations with potential clients, effectively conveying the benefits of our products. Respond to inquiries, gather information, and follow up after initial contact to build relationships.
- Proactively drive contract renewals by tracking expiration dates and initiating contact with clients to discuss renewal options, with the aim to meet retention and renewal targets.
- Resolve client concerns by investigating and addressing complaints, aiming to retain their business and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay knowledgeable about competitor products and services, allowing for accurate representation of our offerings. Keep up to date on current promotions and offers, and provide clients with discounts or special offers when applicable.
- Manage routine tasks under direct supervision, handling straightforward inquiries while escalating more complex issues to senior team members as needed.
What we are looking for

- Sales experience, ideally in a customer-focused or phone-based role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient computer skills and experience navigating CRM or call management systems.
