Job Overview: Our business is highly seasonal, and we need additional support from August 15th through December 1st. We are looking for someone with experience in Customer Service, a comfort level in a call center environment, and some DIY/Lawn care knowledge to easily understand and support our products.
Responsibilities:
Speak to customers in a courteous and helpful manner
Inform customers of our product offerings and recommend products that meet their needs
Listen to customer concerns and respond thoughtfully
Navigate our ordering system to place orders without error

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Salary: $17-21/hr
