Customer Success Manager
Remote hours: 3pm -11pm SA time
The Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term retention. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, this role focuses on delivering exceptional service, resolving issues efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries, concerns, and support needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with operations, service, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Manage customer accounts, monitor ongoing needs, and conduct regular follow-ups.
Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
Recognize and support upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
Continuously gather customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
