Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Customer Success Manager to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring that customers of a product or service achieve their desired outcomes and derive value from the offering. Their primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, helping them to maximize the benefits of the product or service.
Key responsibilities of a Customer Success Manager include:
- Facilitate Q&A
- Gather Initial Requirements
- Establish customer engagement team
- Support initial consult
- Facilitate initial consult
- Identify Key Stakeholders
- Develop Communications Plan
- Setup initial checkpoint meetings
- Participate in checkpoint meetings
- Request MVP requirements
- Send blank roster
- Add Customer toAutoSAAR
- Initiate AutoSAAR sync
- Request MM license
- Submit Jira request
- Complete profile and submits SAAR
- Facilitates weekly checkpoint meetings
- Provides status updates
- Facilitate customer escalations
- Customer AutoSAAR approved (see CM)
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience required.
Customer Relations and Communications and Schedule Management experience.
Jira expertise
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
